At Scabal Official Store, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Scabal box and include the printed return authorization form provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Use the prepaid shipping label included in your original shipment and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
